One of the busiest intersections in the world is the Shibuya crossing in Tokyo. When you are right in the middle of it you don’t really feel it, but especially during rush hour – like during lunch break or after work – and you stand to the side and wait, thousands of people cross this intersections at once. It’s either cars or people, when one group moves the other has to wait. Pedestrians cross from all directions, you can walk the streets diagonally during your turn together with this crazy flood of people going their ways.
